FLU SHOTS 2026
Our office is holding flu vaccine clinics for the patients of Dr Pearce, and Dr Xie. The clinics will be held on Wednesday November 4th and Thursday November 12th. We have a limited supply of vaccines and will open up more spots as supply becomes available. If you need to book for multiple people, please ensure that each individual that requires a flu vaccine has an appointment. If you plan to arrive together, please book your appointments as close together as possible and arrive together at the earliest booking time. Our flu clinic will be held inside this year upstairs in Dr. Pearce & Dr. Xie's clinic. Please wear a t-shirt and bring a valid health card. If you received your flu shot at another facility, please call our office so we can update your record. Flu vaccine is available for ages 6 months and up. Vaccination against the flu is not recommended in babies under 6 months old. Our office has recently been experiencing an increase in rude & aggressive behaviour. We have a zero tolerance policy. Individual(s) may be asked to leave or the individual(s) may face dismissal from our practice.
Please note Family Physician offices are not meant for emergency care - if you are having severe chest pain, significant trouble breathing or stroke symptoms, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

INVALID HEALTH CARDS
Please be aware if you have an invalid health card you will be asked to leave a credit card or cheque to ensure payment of your appointment.
We will hold off on processing the payment for 2 weeks and during this time if you provide a valid health card we will discard the payment method on hold.
For all prescription renewals please contact your pharmacy and allow for 2-3 business days for the renewal to be processed.
For all forms please allow up to 2 weeks for the processing.
