Our office has been using same day bookings to ensure quality of care. Online bookings are in-person visits and available in a limited number. We will be increasing the number of online bookings over time. Please call the office if you are unable to find a suitable time or appointment type with our online booking system.
Please respect your doctor's time and arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to ensure you are on time for your appointment.
Our office has recently been experiencing an increase in rude & aggressive behaviour. We have a zero tolerance policy. Individual(s) may be asked to leave or the individual(s) may face dismissal from our practice.
Please note Family Physician offices are not meant for emergency care - if you are having severe chest pain, significant trouble breathing or stroke symptoms, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.

Enter the information that is asked for
When entering your health card do not include the version code.
Choose your doctor
Pick the type of appointment you are looking for. If it is a same day appointment it is an in person appointment. If it is any other type of appointment you can only see what is available for the 14 days ahead.
If you are having trouble booking please clear your browsing history and try again.

INVALID HEALTH CARDS
Please be aware if you have an invalid health card you will be asked to leave a credit card or cheque to ensure payment of your appointment.
We will hold off on processing the payment for 2 weeks and during this time if you provide a valid health card we will discard the payment method on hold.
For all prescription renewals please contact your pharmacy and allow for 2-3 business days for the renewal to be processed.
For all forms please allow up to 2 weeks for the processing.
